A mysterious scene unfolded on the ice of Pierz Fish Lake recently as a lone black sled sparked a safety operation by local authorities. Upon receiving a report of the sled's ominous presence near open water, promptly launched a drone to survey the situation from above and dispatched an airboat for a closer inspection. Fears of potential danger were quickly allayed as it was confirmed that the situation was innocuous, as reported by the Morrison County Sheriff's Office.
Responding swiftly to the unusual sight, spotted yesterday afternoon, the airboat, manned by the capable hands of Ron Beam from Crane Meadows, glided across the chilly lake. This quick response, commended the Sheriff's Department, "Special thanks to our Morrison County Dispatchers, Deputies, and Ron Beam from Crane Meadows for the assistance!" Reaching the sled, officials reported that fortunately, no foul play existed, as per the Morrison County Sheriff's Office.
