
A snatch-and-grab at a Round Rock movie theater Tuesday led to a police takedown, officials said, after cops swarmed the Cinemark Round Rock 14 parking lot they arrested a suspect, putting an end to the midday drama.
The incident, which began unfolding in the mid-afternoon near the theater located at 4401 N. Interstate 35, prompted Round Rock Police to advise locals to steer clear of the area, their social media channels blared out warnings while reassuring that the public was not in any imminent danger, KXAN reported.
