Drift Nashville Hotel Infuses East Bank with Californian Chic and Local Nashville ArtistrySource: Drift Hotels

Nashville's cityscape just got a stylish update with the recent opening of Drift Nashville, the latest boutique hotel to grace the East Bank neighborhood. Launched by TMC Hospitality, Drift Nashville adds a touch of Californian chic to Music City, following the success of its sister properties in San Jose del Cabo, Santa Barbara, and Palm Springs. As Hotel Dive reports, the new 87-room hotel is poised to inject a fresh energy into the area with its ground-level pool, cabanas, and an urban penthouse offering expansive views of the city.

Housed within the walls of a repurposed inn once visited by Elvis Presley, the hotel's blend of nostalgia and contemporary luxury is hard to miss. With multiple food and beverage outlets led by Nashville's culinary sensation Alexis Soler, guests can look forward to an ambience that's both inviting and high-end. Detailed in the Hospitality Design announcement, the property throws open its doors to Sun Room, a lounge with striking east and west facing windows, complemented by a golden tiled bar and comfortable seating. Spread over the penthouse plays homage in its design to the King himself, an 1,800-square-foot homage to its storied past.

The interior aesthetics, completed in partnership with Nashville-based Dryden Studio, echo the Drift brand’s minimalist modern signature mingled with local flair. Paying homage to Nashville's creative community, Drift has filled its spaces with local art and custom furniture from craftspeople such as Lucid Woodworks and Sick Dye. In the words of Connect CRE, "TMC, in collaboration with Dryden, a Nashville-based firm, has totally revamped the former Stadium Inn."

Accommodation options are flexible catering to various needs, offering a king bedroom or suites that range from one to three bedrooms, some with patio access for those craved private outdoor moments. Each suite offers amenities like kitchenettes, sizable desks, and distinct dining and lounging areas. Even as guests revel in the comfort of their rooms, they have the chance to take a stroll down a terrazzo walkway to reach Dawn, the onsite café that marks the beginning of a culinary journey promised by this boutique gem, according to an article published by Hospitality Design.
