According to the National Weather Service in Nashville, residents enjoyed a clear and warm day on March 30th, with a comfortable high near 78 degrees Fahrenheit. While the evening is expected to remain mild and partly cloudy with a low around 59, winds from the south-southwest could reach up to 10 mph.
Looking ahead, the forecast suggests that Sunday will bring partly sunny skies with a slightly higher high near 81, and gusty winds that could reach up to 25 mph. The NWS predicts that this windy trend will continue into Sunday night, staying mostly cloudy with lows dipping to around 67. However, the beginning of the work week might see a shift with a slight chance of showers between 1 pm and 4 pm on Monday, followed by a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4 pm.

The potential for precipitation doesn't stop there. Monday night ramps up the odds to a 70 percent chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 1 am. Gusts during the night could also go as high as 25 mph. Tuesday is set to be soggy, with the NWS forecasting an 80 percent chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm, while the winds maintain their intensity from the southwest at 15 to 20 mph, gusting as high as 30 mph.
According to the forecast, a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms is expected to linger into Tuesday night before clearing up. The midweek weather will turn chillier with highs only near 57 on Wednesday and a slight chance of showers, then dropping to a low around 38 at night. But by Thursday and Friday, the skies will clear, with sunny conditions and highs near 59 and 63 respectively, although there might be areas of frost on Friday morning.
