Boca Raton Invites Public Input at Strategic Planning Sessions in MaySource: City of Boca Raton

Boca Raton is opening its doors to public opinion as the city's top brass pin down their game plan for the coming fiscal year. Residents will have a say in the strategic direction of their community during a series of planning sessions set for a May showdown. The Boca Raton City Council together with city leadership staff will hold their strategic think tank from Wednesday, May 22 to Friday, May 24, something that could shift the dynamic of local governance and funding allocation.

The sessions, clocking in from 8 AM to 4 PM each day at 6500 N. Congress Avenue, promise to give citizens a microphone for their thoughts and concerns. According to an announcement posted by City of Boca Raton, the public will have the opportunity to speak at the sessions. These meetings will not only be a sounding board for inhabitants but, will also be recorded and accessible for viewing the week after for those who miss out on the live event.
