Authorities in Franklin County are on the hunt for two armed suspects following a robbery that occurred at the Lake Shore Market. The incident, which took place a little over two days ago, involved the pair entering the store on Highway 130 at around 9:30 p.m., wielding handguns and demanding cash from the clerks. In a violent addition to the crime, one of the suspects reportedly struck a clerk with his weapon before making off with approximately $725 from the register, as detailed in reports from WSMV.

WAFF shared descriptions of the suspects, citing the first as having a small stature, last seen in a gray sweatshirt, black Nike jogging pants, black shoes, and a black beanie. His accomplice, larger in build, sported a black sweatshirt, black The North Face jogging pants, black shoes, and was noted for his multi-colored underwear.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is urging the community to come forward with any information that could help identify these suspects. "Our office is seeking help from the community in identifying them," the sheriff’s office said in a statement obtained by WSMV.
