The second crash on I-95 was cleared shortly after, yet the traffic continued to crawl well past the Golden Glades, prompting suggestions to use alternative southbound streets such as Biscayne Boulevard, Miami Avenue, or Northwest Seventh Avenue if possible, as noted by the Miami Herald.

The rollover on Julia Tuttle Cswy not only caused significant disruptions for those trying to enter Miami Beach via the bridge but also resulted in an injury. Miami Fire Rescue confirmed that a 62-year-old man suffered minor hand injuries and was transported to Mt. Sinai hospital in stable condition.
