
Residents of Phoenix, AZ can look forward to an extended period of sunshine and progressively climbing temperatures this week, according to weather forecasts. The city is anticipating a high near 86 degrees with a light east wind turning west today, as reported by the National Weather Service.

The pattern of sunny days and clear nights is set to continue for the rest of the week. Thursday's weather will hit highs near 94 degrees, with calm winds from the east-southeast.
As the week rolls on, wind conditions are also expected to pick up slightly. For Friday, winds could gust as high as 28 mph, albeit with sunny skies and a high near 93 degrees, as described by the National Weather Service. The nighttime will bring mostly clear conditions and a low of around 62 degrees.
The upcoming weekend conditions with Saturday's forecast showing sunny weather with a high near 89 degrees, followed by a small dip in temperature on Sunday with a high near 82 degrees. This downward trend in temperature appears short-lived, however, as the forecast for Tuesday predicts a high near 83 degrees, as per the National Weather Service.
