
The Portland Police Bureau has released the identity of a man fatally shot in the East Columbia Neighborhood as 44-year-old Alejandro Mondragon. The incident, which has shaken the local community, occurred under circumstances that remain under investigation. The family of Mondragon has been informed of the tragic event and while they contend with their grief, they have requested privacy, choosing only to release a photo of Alejandro to the public.
According to the medical examiner's findings, Mondragon's death was a homicide resulting from a gunshot wound, as reported by the Portland Police Bureau. While details surrounding the shooting are sparse, the police are actively searching for information that could lead to a resolution of this case.
