Authorities in Southwest Miami-Dade have launched a search for Jose Ignicio Jalilo, a 63-year-old man reported missing since Tuesday evening. Known as "Nacho," Jalilo was last sighted on the 27900 block of Southwest 140th Avenue, around 8 p.m. He's described as standing 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 187 pounds, with green eyes and light brown hair, as WSVN reported.
Fitted in a light colored shirt, blue jeans, and brown steel toe boots, he might have also been wearing a cap when last seen. Given his partial blindness and slow walk, police have classified him as a "missing endangered person" as he may be in need of services, carrying hope that he might soon be located.
The Miami-Dade Police, deeply concerned for Jalilo's well-being, have been canvassing the area and reaching out to the public for any leads. In a call to action, officials urge anyone with information regarding Jalilo's whereabouts to come forward. They emphasize the urgency given his vulnerable condition, making every passing moment critical.

The police department's post on X stresses the need for anyone with information, irrespective of how minimal it may seem, to get in touch as Jalilo may be in need of services — a missing piece that could help bring him home.
