But Callahan and Titans' second-year general manager Ran Carthon, have a veritable jigsaw puzzle to piece together if they are to breathe life back into an offense that lacked consistency, an offense that put up numbers as reliable as a weather forecast in the Great Plains—and that's betting on heavy winds accompanied by a chance of total unpredictability.
