Wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants, he stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 103 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and a dark complexion.

Samuel, who is described as having a dark complexion, with black hair and brown eyes, is believed to have boarded the CTA Blue Line at Montrose, leading to the Chicago Ave CTA Brown Line station. He is reported to be traveling on the city's mass transit system, train, or bus, and the teen may have boarded a CTA #82 Bus.
