Three men have been arrested following a shooting incident in North Austin, which claimed the life of 39-year-old Lowen Alberto Ordonez Lobo last month. the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force brought the suspects into custody over several days, according to KXAN.

Responding to a shooting on April 29 around 8:40 p.m., the Austin Police Department found the victim at the Villas Del Sol apartment complex with injuries that led to his demise at the hospital. In addition to joining his family, Marquez-Martinez was accused of ordering the murder and has been arrested, as stated by the task force.

Arrested on May 9, 22-year-old Jairo Velasquez-Lopez was identified by the task force as the getaway driver linked to the night of the incident. Giovany Perdomo, 20, taken into custody on May 13, is suspected to be the triggerman, whereas 32-year-old Nixon Marquez-Martinez, apprehended a day later, is believed to have orchestrated the violent act. As per KVUE, Marquez-Martinez was also wanted on an additional warrant from the Department of Homeland Security.

All three men are currently housed at the Travis County Jail. The Austin Police Department, together with the help of the U.S. Marshals, continues to piece together the circumstances that unfolded at the 1700 block of Rutland Drive.
