A West Boca Raton man, Jeffrey Brown, has been charged with murder in connection to a 2014 double homicide at a tire shop, authorities announced. Brown, 34, was indicted on murder and related charges for the deaths of Murat Oziros and Deondre McCoy, as per a grand jury indictment obtained by BocaNewsNow.com.
The indictment enumerates that Brown and his alleged accomplice, Lavon Heath, did "unlawfully from a premeditated design to effect the death of a human being, kill and murder" Oziros and McCoy, using a firearm, a deed that both sealed their fates and opened a pandora's box of legal woes for the accused, Brown is currently being held without bond in the Palm Beach County Jail, a detail highlighted in documents released Thursday evening.
