Joyner is described as a 58-year-old White Female, standing 5'6" tall, and weighing about 135 pounds. She has blonde hair and, blue eyes and is notably marked by a scar on the front of her neck—a remnant of thyroid surgery she underwent. While her clothing at the time of disappearance remains unknown, Joyner may be identifiable by a black backpack adorned with the word "PINK." The minimal clues left behind form a scant trail for those searching.
The San Diego Police urge anyone with information regarding Jacqueline's whereabouts to make an immediate call to 911. They should reference Case #24-501058 to ensure the information reaches the right channels quickly. The lack of information often acts as a barrier to bringing those missing back to their worried families, and the police hope that public engagement will result in a breakthrough.
This isn't just a plea for help—it's an acknowledgment that every moment is precious when someone is missing. The community’s eyes and ears can often prove to be the most invaluable resource in these efforts. If the public has any knowledge of where Joyner might be, they are implored to come forward. Union in diligence and concern can and often does, lead to the kind of relief that no other effort affords—the safe return of a missing person to their loved ones.
