The San Antonio Police Department is urgently seeking assistance from the community in the search for Semiya Armani Isaac, a 17-year-old girl who has been missing since June 17. Isaac, identified having a medical condition, was last spotted on the 11400 block of Crosswinds Way on the city's Northeast Side.
In an effort to swiftly garner public awareness and aid, law enforcement describes Isaac as standing 5'05" tall, weighing about 128 pounds, with distinctive black braided waist-length hair and brown eyes. She has piercings in her nose and ears and is noted to have braces on both the top and bottom teeth. According to a report by KENS 5, Isaac was last seen wearing a white shirt and shorts.
Distinctive tattoos can serve to identify Isaac more easily – she has a left forearm tattoo with the name “Angela” accompanied by an image of a baby girl reaching for a crown, and a butterfly tattoo adorns her right arm. These personal marks were detailed by the Fox San Antonio news coverage of her disappearance.
Authorities are urging anyone with information that can help to locate Isaac to quickly come forward. Information about this case should be directed to the San Antonio Police Department's Missing Person Unit by calling (210)207-7660. Police caution that it is a Class A misdemeanor to harbor a runaway child, a legal implication which carries with it a possible fine of up to $4,000 and/or a confinement in jail for up to one year.
