A 93-year-old Boca Raton woman, identified as Audrey Milk, passed away on Monday due to injuries from a previous car crash. According to CBS12, the collision occurred on July 2 when a BMW 320i, allegedly running a red light, turned into the path of the Acura MDX in which she was riding. The crash report by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office suggests that drugs or alcohol may have influenced the BMW's driver.

While the Acura's 37-year-old female driver and the 40-year-old BMW driver sustained only minor injuries, Milk was transported to Boca Raton Regional Medical Center for treatment.
