Today's forecast includes a possibility of patchy fog in the early morning hours before conditions clear up however, from the afternoon onwards there's a 40 percent chance of precipitation, culminating in thunderstorms after 3 pm. The high will be near a comfortable 84 degrees, with light and variable winds, as reported by the National Weather Service.
Tonight the scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue, mainly before 11 pm while the skies will be mostly cloudy, and temperatures are anticipated to dip to a low around 66 degrees with calm winds setting the evening mood. Moving towards the weekend, the pattern of sporadic showers remains consistent on Friday with a similar chance of thunderstorms after 8 am, followed by clear skies, sunlight will combine for a high near 86 and calm winds eventually turning south southwest, coming in at around 5 mph in the afternoon which should provide a light breeze to accompany any outdoor activities.
According to the National Weather Service, the nighttime is set for a calming tone with patchy fog emerging after 2 am although conditions will mostly clear as the temperatures settle at around 68 degrees. Furthermore, the weekend outlook features moments of sun interspersed with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms on Saturday afternoon, where the highs are expected to climb near 89 degrees.
For those making plans for the latter part of the weekend, Sunday's weather shifts slightly towards better conditions with a lower, 20 percent, chance of showers and thunderstorms, the skies will mostly be dominated by sunshine heating things up to near 90 degrees during the day before cooling down to a mild 75 degrees at night. And heads up for the start of the new week, temperatures are set to rise even further with Monday forecasting a sunny and hot day with highs surging to near 93 degrees wind gusts might reach up to 21 mph.
On Tuesday and Wednesday also presenting a 30 to 40 percent chance of storms meanwhile temperatures stay high.
