According to WSVN, this collaboration has emerged as a yearly ritual, bringing the community together to witness these gentle giants getting hosed down in their Asian Elephant habitat.
The sight of such imposing creatures willingly succumbing to a shower courtesy of their local firefighters truly was something out of the ordinary—and Instagram users got to bask in the moment via the fire department's account.
