Quinteros-Duarte was last observed leaving his residence on Park Avenue around 5 p.m. yesterday, according to a report by WKRN. He was wearing a pink shirt, black pants, and yellow shoes at the time of his disappearance.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, concerned for his well-being due to a medical condition that may impair his ability to navigate back safely without assistance, issued the alert. Details provided by the TBI describe Quinteros-Duarte as standing at 5 feet tall, weighing 125 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. These details were shared by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
