Jennings was reported leaving the Hibiscus Children’s Village, located at 1145 12th Street, and his current whereabouts are unknown. The time and direction of his departure have not been disclosed, along with a description of his clothing at the time he went missing.
As first reported by CBS12, Jennings is described as 5-feet 2-inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The authorities have circulated his photo in an effort to facilitate his identification by the public. However, they have not provided further details about his appearance when he was last seen.
Local law enforcement is requesting anyone with knowledge of Jennings' location to come forward with information.
