Described as a white male with a bald head and blue eyes, Woods stands 5’10” tall and weighs about 165 lbs. He's not known to use public transportation, and his frequent whereabouts are usually in the Bay Park Area, raising concerns about his current location and well-being. The SDPD considers Woods to be at risk, though no further details on the nature of that risk have been provided.
