AC Transit is stepping up to support shuttling passengers to their destinations. BART riders should note, "Mutual Aid has been granted by @rideact and @VTA”, with AC Transit's bus 99 running from Hayward to Fremont and bus 217 picking up the route from Fremont to Berryessa, as detailed by SFBART. In addition, VTA bus 70 will be operating from Berryessa to Milpitas station. The swift establishment of bus bridges by AC Transit is helping to ensure that travelers can still navigate the bay with as little disruption as possible. To ease the transition, impacted BART riders are asked to show their Clipper card when boarding.
