Stephen, who was last seen on Monday at 3:50 p.m. near the 4700 block of Northwest 59th Street, is described as having grey hair, brown eyes, and typically wearing glasses. He stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds.
At the moment he disappeared, Stephen was wearing a blue shirt, floral pattern shorts, black sneakers, and a red hat. He was seen riding a black bicycle, as noted in details provided by Boca Post. The authorities are urging the community to come forward with any information that could lead to locating Stephan.
