
Chicago authorities are on the lookout for suspects linked to a violent incident on the city's Blue Line. The crime took place at the Western Blue Line CTA Station on August 20, as confirmed by the Chicago Police Department.
In what appears to be a brazen daylight robbery at approximately 3:49 PM, victims were assaulted with a hammer, sustaining severe injuries. The assailants then hastily exited the station, which is located at 430 S. Western, and were last seen heading north.
An alert posted on the Chicago Police Department's official website calls for public assistance in identifying the individuals responsible for the attack. Witnesses or anyone with information are urged to come forward. Detailed descriptions of the persons of interest have yet to be released.
