Early Tuesday morning, a drive-by shooting on the city's west side left one man wounded. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Adaes Avenue near Culebra Road. According to a report from KENS 5, the victim was inside his home when he was struck twice in the leg by gunfire from a passing vehicle.

Following the incident, officers found evidence of the shooting with multiple shell casings littering the street, indicating the severity of the attack.
Additional details from a FOX San Antonio report revealed the man was actually asleep in his house at the time of the shooting.
