Frazier is described as standing 6 feet tall and weighing around 150 pounds with brown eyes and distinctive short black spiked dreadlocks. Authorities have released descriptions of his last known attire, consisting of a black hoodie and black sweatpants, in the hopes that someone may have seen him and can provide information to assist in safely locating him.
