A 38-year-old man has been taken into custody by Miami Police after he was allegedly captured on video touching himself inappropriately while peeping through the window of a Little Havana apartment. The man, identified as Alexander Perez Piloto, was recognized and turned in following the broadcast of the footage which depicted his lewd behavior, as reported by WSVN.
The incident occurred on the morning of August 21, when Perez Piloto was spotted looking around and spying into the windows of an apartment on Southwest 10th Street and Southwest 7th Avenue. This unsettling event unfolded while a 30-year-old woman, and her children aged 10, 8, and 6, were present inside the home, upon which light turned on inside startled the suspect leading to his flight in a black Honda Civic.
