Responding to the incident, officers discovered 21-year-old Dominique Miller with multiple gunshot wounds in the park's parking area. After being rushed to Skyline Medical Center, Miller's battle for life came to a tragic end. In a separate but related incident, Jamontez Johnson, aged 26, was transported by private vehicle to Vanderbilt Medical Center, where he, too, was pronounced deceased. While detailed motives are scarce, the investigation by Nashville authorities continues, with officials piecing together the night's events.
A third victim, also aged 21, later reported he had been shot at the park during the same incident. Fortunately, his injuries were not life-threatening. This development adds another layer to a case that has left the community seeking answers and solace.
