According to the authorities, it was around 9:30 p.m. when he was last observed.
Noriega, an elderly Hispanic male with gray hair and brown eyes, is 5’7” and weighs approximately 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue and grey long-sleeved plaid t-shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. The San Diego Police Department has appealed to anyone with information on Noriega's whereabouts to come forward to help ensure his safe return. They have asked that individuals contact the San Diego Police Department Communications Division at 619-531-2000, mentioning Noriega's name.
