The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department informed that the accident occurred as a 36-year-old woman, driving a southbound Infiniti with two juvenile passengers, failed to stop at a sign. The vehicle then struck a Chevrolet Camaro, which was heading eastbound. The force of the impact was such that it inevitably led to charges. The Camaro's driver, a 46-year-old woman, was pronounced dead after being transported to Skyline Medical Center, according to WKRN.
The 36-year-old driver and the two minors, ages 14 and 7, were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment. Their injuries, although undisclosed, were severe enough to require immediate medical attention.
