The search is ongoing for a missing 73-year-old Pompano Beach man, Abe Lovincchio, who was last seen in the 900 block of Baptist Way in Homestead on the morning of September 4. The Broward Sheriff's Office is leading the efforts and has described Lovincchio as a 6-foot-2-inch tall, 180-pound man, who is bald with brown eyes.
Authorities have expressed a sense of urgency to find the senior citizen, urging the public to come forward with any information. According to the BSO, the family of Lovincchio has disclosed that he experiences mental illness, adding a layer of concern to his disappearance.
