Officials acknowledge Norwood's familiarity with public transportation, which adds a layer of complexity to the case since he might have traveled some distance from his last known location. The Alameda County Sheriff's office expressed concern for Norwood's safety in a statement obtained by local news outlets and implored the public to aid in their efforts to locate him. They also described his short brown hair and brown eyes, encouraging anyone with information to reach out.
The sheriff's office reiterates the importance of public contribution in such cases. "We are all concerned about Nhigel's safety and ask for your help in bringing him home," ACSO said through KRON4. They urge those with any leads to contact the Alameda County Sheriff's Office at (510) 667-7721 or their local enforcement agency.
