The Alameda County Sheriff's Office disseminated information through a social media post detailing that Norwood went missing on Sunday morning, shortly after leaving his home on 163rd Avenue. Described as 6' 4" tall and 180 pounds, with a dark complexion, Norwood was last seen donning a gray T-shirt and blue shorts.

Officials acknowledge Norwood's familiarity with public transportation, which adds a layer of complexity to the case since he might have traveled some distance from his last known location.
