
A Delray Beach family has been forced to find alternative living arrangements after a fire ravaged their home late Friday night. According to CBS12, the fire broke out in the 1000 block of Southwest 7th Avenue, in the proximity of Pine Grove Elementary School. Delray Beach Fire Rescue teams responded to the emergency close to 9:45 p.m., tackling flames that caused significant damage to the back of the residence.
Despite significant property loss, no injuries were reported in the incident. The mother and her two children who lived in the house have been displaced and are now dealing with the immediate aftermath of this unexpected disaster. In addition to the coverage from CBS12, WPBF confirmed the lack of injuries and noted that the fire occurred near 10 p.m., with the fire crew's quick response undoubtedly preventing further harm.
