However, the winds will shift, beginning at a mild 8 to 13 mph from the west-northwest before turning east and increasing to 16 to 21 mph in the morning. Gusts could potentially reach as high as 31 mph, causing potentially unforgiving, conditions for those not prepared for sudden wind changes. The clear conditions will persist into Tuesday night, although the low will drop slightly to around 63 degrees with an east wind that may gust up to 30 mph before decreasing later at night.
