Upon arrival, first responders found 24-year-old Eduardo Delarosa suffering from serious trauma to his torso outside of a home. Despite rapid transport to the hospital by the North County Fire Department, Delarosa was unable to survive his injuries. In a tragic twist, the following day saw the arrest of Delarosa's 15-year-old brother, who has since been booked into Juvenile Hall on the charge of Murder, as detailed by the Sheriff's Department's news release.
The Medical Examiner's Office concluded an autopsy yesterday, confirming the manner of death as a homicide caused by a perforated gunshot wound to the abdomen.
