
Yesterday, at around 4:40 p.m., Fremont Police responded to an urgent series of 911 calls, only to discover a grievous sight: a male victim with gunfire wounds. Despite the officers' prompt and desperate attempts to resuscitate him, the man was soon declared deceased, as per Hoodline.
In the wake of the incident, the police quickly followed each lead that may shed light on the suspect. Today, their efforts came to fruition as 47-year-old Abbasin Hoshmand, a Fremont resident, voluntarily turned himself over to the Pleasanton Police Department. Hoshmand is now in the custody of Fremont PD, facing a charge of murder under Penal Code 187(a), as per the Fremont Police Department.

The victim's identity remains undisclosed as officials further probe the incident.
