Lincoln Gardens Apartments comprises four-story buildings housing 77 units equipped with desirable amenities such as ADA and UFAS accessible units, sustainable digital thermostats, energy-efficient appliances, and sturdy impact-resistant doors and windows, also the comfort provided by central air conditioning, in-unit washers and dryers, and modern kitchen fittings including microwave ovens and in-sink garbage disposals, per the details disclosed by Miami-Dade county. It all comes wrapped in a package of security with access-controlled entry systems and extras including a fitness center, a business center, and a multipurpose room, creating a community equipped to empower and enrich the day-to-day life of its elderly residents.
