The east-southeast wind will calm down and become gentle after midnight, according to the National Weather Service.
On Thursday, expect plenty of sunshine with temperatures reaching nearly 79 degrees. The winds will be light, shifting to the west-southwest in the afternoon. In the evening, skies will remain mostly clear with temperatures dropping to around 56 degrees. A northwest wind of 5 to 8 mph will shift to the east after sunset. Friday will be sunny with a high near 79 degrees and light variable winds transitioning to a northwest breeze by morning.
As the weekend approaches, the forecast looks mostly clear. Friday night is expected to be predominantly clear with a low around 53 degrees. However, Saturday may bring a slight change with a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon, despite the day remaining mostly sunny with highs reaching about 75 degrees. The pattern of mostly clear nights continues with lows consistently staying just above the 50-degree mark.
The consistency of the pleasant weather is set to endure through early next week, with Sunday and Monday promising sunshine and highs in the mid-70s. Evenings will be generally clear with temperatures in the low to mid-50s, leading into Tuesday which is also slated to be sunny with a peak temperature near 78 degrees.
