Metro Nashville Public Schools are opening doors wider than just to classrooms. Come September 9. The MNPS is orchestrating a College and Career Expo to steer high school students and their families toward possibilities beyond graduation. According to the Metro Nashville Public Schools announcement, the event has roped over 90 colleges, universities, and employers, promising a deep dive into higher education, financial aid, and burgeoning career paths.
Diving into college and career preparation, students can attend sessions covering college admissions, life at universities, and paths through academia. They will be hosted at the Southeast Community Center and Library, 5260 Hickory Hollow Parkway, from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Details in the expo include military service opportunities and job prospects, providing a comprehensive platform for students seeking guidance in their post-secondary journeys.
