The Portland Police Bureau has released the identity of the victim in the recent Sumner neighborhood shooting as 37-year-old Ryan Stone Zinkand, whose life was abruptly ended this past Sunday. After a tragic act of violence that devastated a family, the grieving relatives have shared a photo of Zinkand. The Medical Examiner confirmed that the death was a homicide caused by a gunshot, as reported by the Portland Police Bureau.
Authorities are still investigating the fatal incident and are asking anyone with information to come forward. They hope this will help solve the case, which affects more than just the Sumner neighborhood.
