According to a bulletin published by the CPD, Willingham was in the vicinity of the 9100 block of S. Woodlawn at the time of his disappearance.
His physical description includes a height of 5'03", weighing around 180 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair, and he is an African American male with a medium brown complexion, as detailed by the CPD.
On the day he went missing, Kenny was wearing army print basketball shorts and gym shoes, and he was last seen riding a black bicycle with red color stripes, as per the CPD. The investigation for Willingham is being handled by the Area Two SVU Detectives, who encourage anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward and help in the search.
