San Diego police have taken 55-year-old Christopher Scott Preston into custody, facing charges of sexually assaulting multiple women. The alleged assaults occurred in the Mira Mesa area, where Preston presented himself as a licensed massage therapist through his business, 360 Wellness and Consulting. The City of San Diego's official website reported the arrest today.
The investigation, led by the San Diego Police Department Sex Crimes Unit, is currently active and intensifies as they seek both witnesses and additional victims. One of the assaults Preston was detained on occurred while she received what was supposed to be a professional therapeutic service. The victims were reportedly assaulted during their scheduled sessions with Preston. Police are asking anyone with information to come forward and help show the full extent of the harm caused.
