
Last night, the San Francisco Fire Department quickly responded to a blaze that broke out in the area of Quesada and Fitch Streets. Multiple cars were reported ablaze and threatening to ignite nearby vegetation. The San Francisco Fire Department detailed that the team contained and under control the fire within an hour, preventing it from reaching adjacent warehouses.
According to the San Francisco Fire Department, which commended the quick reaction and strong work by Station 17, the fire damaged two presumed abandoned vehicles and a 1/2 acre of land before it was subdued. Moreover, the fire was confirmed by the firefighters upon arrival, spreading to the surrounding greenery.
Investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing. No injuries were reported, and no residents were displaced due to the incident.
