The Fort Pierce Police Department reported the discovery of a 64-year-old man's body in a wooded area off Okeechobee Road. According to police spokesperson April Lee, the body was found near the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, located west of Interstate 95 and north of Okeechobee Road, as reported by CBS 12.
Authorities were alerted to the man's body yesterday morning and are now investigating the events leading to his death.
