According to a statement from the Chicago Police, Sequoia was last seen on the 1100 block of S. Laflin. The alert for the teenager was disseminated via an official police news release dated October 24th, providing a detailed description of the missing person.
Robinson is described as having a medium complexion, standing 5'4", and weighing 112 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. She is reported as being a Black female. The authorities have urged anyone with information to step forward, giving hope that members of the community might have seen Sequoia and provide critical clues in the search for the young girl. Even with the effort poured into spreading the word of her disappearance, as of now, Sequoia has not been found.
