An earlier report by Lake O News detailed that the investigation by the sheriff’s office had garnered information regarding Nacis’s travel from Delray Beach with the intent to engage in sexual acts with a juvenile hailing from Okeechobee. The investigation revealed that there were not one, but there were two previous incidents where Nacis had made the trip for similar unlawful reasons.
