A Delray Beach man is facing serious charges after being accused of traveling to Okeechobee County to meet with a minor for a sexual encounter. As per details released by the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office and reported by CBS12, Hoffman Nacis, age 26, was arrested this Tuesday with allegations including two counts of traveling to meet a minor, lewd and lascivious battery, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
An earlier report by Lake O News detailed that the investigation by the sheriff’s office had garnered information regarding Nacis’s travel from Delray Beach with the intent to engage in sexual acts with a juvenile hailing from Okeechobee.
