
An early morning shooting in Englewood, Chicago has left a 25-year-old man dead. The incident occurred on Monday, as the man stood on a sidewalk on the 1500 block of West 65th Street, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. According to authorities, around 12:55 a.m., a silver-colored car approached the man, and shots were fired from inside the vehicle, striking him in the head and chest.
He succumbed to his wounds at the scene, police confirmed, as per the Chicago Sun-Times. As of now, there have been no arrests made in connection with the shooting, and investigations are ongoing by Area One detectives.
