A man has been pronounced dead following a shooting incident in Memphis' Parkway Village neighborhood. The Memphis Police Department responded to a call at around 10:20 p.m. yesterday in the 5100 block of Capen Avenue, where they discovered a man's body, according to the department's social media update.

The unnamed man was found and pronounced dead on the scene, with authorities quickly detaining one person in connection with the shooting.
