Manchester, NH police are actively searching for 25-year-old Analeysa Pringle, accused of stabbing a 54-year-old man in what seemed at first to be a mere dog bite incident at the Victory Parking Garage over the weekend. The violent altercation took place on last saturday, and has since incited discussions around public safety and the unpredictability of violence in ordinarily placid locales. According to a social media post by the Manchester NH Police, the incident occurred close to 2:15 PM after police were alerted to an ongoing argument.
Responding officers were greeted by a chaotic scene centered in Victory Park, where individuals were reportedly yelling about a stabbing, police observed a large group. Upon their arrival, the man was found bleeding with noticeable lacerations on his back. Further investigation revealed that the altercation involved another man with whom the victim was arguing before Pringle and her dog entered the scene; the victim, in shock and confusion, mistook the stab for a dog bite. After receiving prompt medical attention, the victim was conveyed to a local hospital; fortunately, he sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The police department has since worked to piece the details of the case together, and their investigation points to Pringle's involvement in the assault. She is now facing a charge of First Degree Assault. Witnesses to the stabbing who might have relevant information about the suspect's current whereabouts or details of the incident are being urged to come forth.
